The School of Prophetic Leadership (SPL) is PureSpring Institute’s premier leadership formation pathway designed to develop spiritually mature, biblically grounded, ethically responsible, and practically equipped leaders for effective Kingdom service.

More than a collection of courses, SPL is a comprehensive formation journey that develops both the character and competencies necessary for sustainable prophetic leadership in today’s world.

Through intentional instruction, mentoring, ministry application, assessment, certification, and commissioning, students learn to cultivate prophetic intelligence, steward revelation responsibly, lead with integrity, and participate effectively in God’s redemptive purposes in the world.

Whether serving in the church, marketplace, education, healthcare, government, missions, nonprofit leadership, or community transformation, participants are equipped to discern God’s activity, interpret reality through a Kingdom worldview, and influence people and systems with wisdom, clarity, and spiritual maturity.

The Practitioner Formation Pathway

The SPL pathway is organized into two progressive stages of development:

YEAR ONE

Certified Prophetic Practitioner (CPP)

Foundational Formation

The CPP pathway establishes the biblical, spiritual, theological, and practical foundations of prophetic leadership.

Students engage a structured progression through five core courses, laboratory experiences, mentoring, ministry application, portfolio development, and certification review.

Who Am I Becoming?

Students explore identity, calling, character formation, spiritual maturity, leadership development, and Kingdom stewardship.

The journey begins not with gifting, but with formation.

SPL2000 | Prophetic Paradigms

How Do Prophetic Leaders Understand Reality?

Students develop a mature biblical, spiritual, cultural, and Kingdom worldview.

Participants learn to interpret people, systems, institutions, events, and times through prophetic intelligence and Kingdom understanding.

SPL3000 | Prophetic Practice

How Do I Minister?

Students develop practical ministry competency through prophetic ministry application, intercession, healing ministry, pastoral care, accountability, and Kingdom service.

The focus shifts from understanding to responsible ministry practice.

SPL4000 | Prophetic Process

How Does Revelation Work?

Students develop competency in the reception, discernment, interpretation, communication, and stewardship of prophetic revelation.

Emphasis is placed on accuracy, maturity, and responsible prophetic ministry.

SPL5000 | Prophetic Protocols & Ethics

How Do I Steward Authority Responsibly?

Students explore biblical ethics, accountability, governance, leadership responsibility, and healthy prophetic culture.

This capstone course prepares leaders to steward influence and authority with integrity and wisdom.

Outcome

Upon successful completion of Year One, students are awarded the designation:

YEAR TWO

Master Prophetic Practitioner (MPP)

Advanced Practitioner Formation

The Master Prophetic Practitioner pathway is designed for experienced practitioners who desire advanced competency, leadership multiplication, ministry supervision, and strategic Kingdom influence.

This advanced pathway moves beyond foundational development into leadership formation, ministry oversight, practitioner mentoring, and Kingdom impact.

Advanced Formation Experiences

MPP participants engage specialized ministry practicums including:

• Prophetic Healing & Deliverance Practicum

• Prophetic Intercession Practicum

• Prophetic Worship Practicum

• Prophetic Evangelism Practicum

Leadership Formation Components

Students also participate in:
