Prophetic Principles - SPL1000 is the flagship course at PSI.

Course Description:SPL1000 is a foundational course designed to awaken, equip, and activate prophetic leaders through a four-discipline model: Seek, See, Speak, and Spread. Students will explore prophetic identity, vision, voice, and influence, while engaging in deep biblical study, personal reflection, and ministry activation. This course develops the character, capacity, and clarity needed to steward the gift of prophecy in leadership contexts.

Prophetic Leadership rises from the Hebrew prophetic tradition and is rooted in Jesus Christ’s teachings and actions. The purpose of our flagship course is to awaken and develop the gifts and fruit of prophetic ministry in 21st century prophetic leaders who, in turn become catalysts of kingdom movements. The course provides both a Biblically-based and spiritually-empowering interactive process centered on four essential disciplines for shaping effective prophetic leadership. This course provides the foundation for all other prophetic training and development at PSI. SPL 1000 Principles is divided into 4 different seminars held on one Friday and alternate Saturdays over the course of two months. 

Course Objectives:

By the end of this course, students will:

• • Understand the difference between prophetic gift, ministry, and office.
  • Cultivate a lifestyle of intimacy, consecration, and character.
  • Develop the ability to discern and interpret visions and revelations.
  • Grow in boldness and wisdom in prophetic speech.
  • Engage in prophetic strategies for cultural and community transformation.

  • Bible (preferred: NKJV, ESV)
  • Notebook or digital journal
  • Access to Zoom or designated classroom

Module 1: SEEK — Cultivating the Virtue of Prophetic Leadership

Duration: 6–8 hours Focus: Heart posture, intimacy with God, character development

Topics:

  • Listening Prayer Activation

Module 2: SEE — Cultivating the Vision of Prophetic Leadership

Duration: 6–8 hours Focus: Spiritual perception, prophetic sight, visionary development

Topics:

• • Daniel the Seer
  • The Seer Realm: Ra'ah & Chozeh
  • Seven Commitments of SEE

Activities:

• • Prophetic Vision Board
  • Scripture Reflections (Book of Daniel)
  • Dream & Symbol Interpretation Activation

Module 3: SPEAK — Cultivating the Voice of Prophetic Leadership

Duration: 6–8 hours Focus: Communication, prophetic delivery, voice cultivation

  • Eight Commitments of SPEAK

Module 4: SPREAD — Cultivating the Value of Prophetic Leadership

Duration: 6–8 hours Focus: Movement building, prophetic impact, kingdom advancement

  • Apostolic-Prophetic Commissioning
  • Seven Commitments of SPREAD

  • Commissioning Map

• • Weekly ProLog Journal Entries (4 total)
  • Discipline Commitment Grids (4 total)
  • Prophetic Vision Project (Module 2)
  • Final Prophetic Leadership Strategy Plan (Module 4)

Grading & Certification:

• • Participation & Attendance: 30%
  • Journal Entries & Reflections: 20%
  • Activations & Assignments: 30%
  • Final Project Presentation: 20% Certificate of Completion awarded upon successful fulfillment of all requirements.
